The Martin Rodbell Papers

Title:
Effect of Nucleotides pdf (343,832 Bytes)
Description:
In this second chart, the horizontal line at the bottom of the page indicates the amount of time, in minutes, that it takes different nucleotides, listed on the lower right hand side of the page, to separate glucagon from a cell's receptor. As the chart shows, a smaller amount GTP (guanosine triphosphate) accomplished the unbinding of glucagon from the cell's receptor in the same amount of time (60 minutes) as the other nucleotides did.
Item is handwritten.
