I am moving to Columbia in September and need
your help in developing a Department of Patho-
biology at the Medical School.   I should like
to make three full professorial appointments
in Biology (e.g., genetics, ultrastructure,
differentiation, protein, nucleic acid, lipid,
or carbohydrate chemistry).   I am writing hoping
that you will give me the names of three people
who might be interested in the New York environ-
ment.  Good space, complete freedom, seats at
the Lincoln Center and an opportunity to have
postdoctoral fellows and graduate students, as
well as to teach undergraduates at Columbia
College are available.
