The Christian B. Anfinsen Papers

Title:
Studies on the Gross Structure, Cross-Linkages, and Terminal Sequences in Ribonuclease pdf (914,243 Bytes) ocr (26,457 Bytes)
Description:
This article was a progress report on Anfinsen's effort to investigate the fine and gross structures of bovine pancreatic ribonuclease, particularly the N and C terminal sequences and the nature of cross-linkages in RNase. In it, Anfinsen, Redfield, Choate, Page, and Carroll described the gross structure and indicated that the fine structure should soon be apparent.
