Description:
The "project" described here is Luria's autobiography; the description is part of his application for a month-long summer fellowship at the Rockefeller Foundation's Bellagio Center in Italy. The application was accepted, and Luria and his wife Zella spent August of 1982 at the center. His autobiography, "A Slot Machine, A Broken Test Tube," was published in 1984.
