You have performed a valuable service for the American
public.  We were especially pleased by your willingness to
meet with NEA representatives and to consider our concerns.
We have already ordered 3,000 copies of the Report for
distribution to NEA leaders.

Rest assured that we wholeheartedly support your call for
age-appropriate AIDS education in the schools.   We also are
vitally interested in insuring that school employees are
properly trained in dealing with the special problems of
