in the history of Regional Medical Programs

In the "Concluding Statement" of "The Regionalization of Health Services," Dr. Kerr L. White's final statement is that regionalized health care systems "can be private, public, profit, nonprofit, local, regional or national; it is at the organizational level that the American health care system has an opportunity to do something about regionalization in the interest of improving care that has not been attempted in any other country."
