expand training of CPR

To extend the life of a patient who has suffered cardiac and pulmonary failure it is important not only for medical personnel to know how to perform cardio-pulmonary resucitation (CPR), but also the general public need to know how to perform CPR. The Missouri RMP supported CPR training. [AER]
