Dear Mary,

      Its begining to get hot a-.d makes one thizlk
of a summer vacation.    I am anxious to hear what the
final plan is.   I enclose a card from Mrs. Denison.
In infer from it that she will be content to stay on
until after the auto trip.    Wnat would you think of
leaving our plans quite uncertain until after the trip
with her and then doing just what we wanted to at the
time.   I shall be content either way, whether we go
,broad or stay here.

  Think that ke shall go  to Mew Haven for 6unday to
s 3e the Parks.   I was to go t'ne Sunday after your
jgeration,

  Elsie is coming back to Denver soon, Margaret
Frazer going out to take the trip back with her.   I
think that they will go abroad for the summer and
if they go they want to meet us over there which would
be fine.

   I am sending Carla a long letter about Foundation
business.  I called on Edward Sheldon the other day and
spoke so wOndeful.ly of Carla.   I should say that she
did him t'ne most good of any one who comes to see him.
I hope that I can get Carla to spend the night with me
while she is here.    Iam so near Edxmcrd that she would
dtind it quite convenient.
