Annotation by Joshua Lederberg:
Node: Burnet, Frank MacFarlane ; Nobel Prize ; a lifelong inspiration
to me, for his work on phage, later on influenza virus and on antibody
formation. Cf my 1957 Fulbright visit to his lab in Melbourne. He is
cited in many of my writings.

KW: P-7; influenza virus recombination; neuraminidase;

Here he comments on reading P-7, great interest. ... thinking of
marker recombination in flu, which he did later do! virus as
enzyme -- neuraminidase
