Dear Dr. Lederberg
I have received your microfilms and reprints. I am very thank for your kindness. Of the papers of microbial genetics, I have
borrowed from Dr. Kikkawa.
I have read your article in "Bacterial Physiology" published at New York 1951.
I am talking with Dr. Kikkawa over the establishment of "Symposium of microbial genetics in Japan"--this name is tentative.
About my experiments of Shigella recombination, I will send my data to you nearly. I confirm its evidence. Enclosed is a picture
of the heterozygous diploid cell pated on EMB-mannit agar.
