Dear Dr. Lederberg : -
We are happy to know that you will be able to give a talk before our Genetics Club. Any evening except Saturday evening would be satisfactory. Even Saturday afternoon at 2 P.M. would be all right. You indicate your preferred date and hour. If a serious conflict should be apparent I will send you a wire. Probably you could give a second choice of dates.
We have not funds to cover transportation, but meals will be arranged. I want you be my guest for dinner the evening you are here on Saturday noon for luncheon if the date is a Saturday. We can even provide overnight accommodation.
Let me hear from you as soon as possible.
Cordially yours
Herluf H. Strandskov
