my remarks on CETEX draft report

They were rather dismissive about anything on the moon, a/c
inhospitability, no-water; solar radiation; and I more or less
agreed.  Planets are another dimension.

Panspermia is rejected a/c solar radiation; but organisms might be
protected by fairly thin shells; and we know very little about radiation effects
in very hard vacua.

I caution about premature closure on present knowledge.
