Dear Bradley:
When are you visiting Madison? The next week or so would be best on my part, but consult your own convenience.
Would you be interested in a furnished house, with plenty of room, and one of the better homes within reach of the University, that will be available from Sept. 1 (or 15) to January 15 at $125 per month? If you can afford it, this would be excellent value for that rent; you should still be able to manage quite well for about $100. Professor R. Burris (Biochemistry) is letting his home while he takes a Fulbright to Finland, and the interval should give you an opportunity to collect furniture etc. before finding another location, as at University Houses.
Yours sincerely,
Joshua Lederberg
