with Gen.  Rothschild and the resolution of the No. Calif.
chapter of the SAB/ASM decrying biological warfare (BW) programs.
Enclosed was a paper in which she proposed chronic brucellosis as
a possible diagnosis for what today might be called chronic fatigue;
