Annotation by Joshua Lederberg:
Node: Grobstein, Clifford; my next door neighbor at
Alvarado Row, Stanford; - he'd arrived there in 1958
shortly before I did, specialized in embryonic induction
-- through millipore filters! In 1961 he was quite
 disdainful that I took time away from the lab bench to attend the
Ciba symposium on biological future of man; later he was to become dean
at UC/SD medical school and the full time in bioethics!
His son Paul is a neurobiologist at  Bryn Mawr;
Cliff died 9/9/98 aet 82;

KW: recruiting for move to Stanford: tssue genetics?; Willy Silvers
Len Herzenberg;
