I would enjoy scrapping with you sometime about what the dangerous misconception is: 1) indexes to value of personal health services vs 2) their intrinsic value vis-a-vis public health. Lacking a persuasive index, how do you know? (Both alternatives are orthogonal to the value of research).
But again, thanks!
