Yellow fever in SWA
I guess it is still not clear why yellow fever has not established itself in South Asia. The mosquitoes . . . are there!
Is it found in Angola? How?
Can you see Cubans, RDF . . . bringing it to the Persian Gulf, on to Bangladesh. It wouldn't be the first time that . . . . (You're the last one I'd finish that sentence for.)
I had a good talk with Beisler.
Thank you,
Josh.

Bring some Hmong to U.S.?
Beisler endorsed the merit of brining some Hmong yellow-rain-victims for treatment and observation here.
I've also talked about that to Amy Hoeber and hope she will follow up with you or V.U.
Any progress in funding for Harnuff? Could you copy the dossier I sent you to Mrs. Hoeber?
Yours,
