tells a lot about university-NIH relations!
I have weeded much of the obvious duplication.
The "final report" 1973 probably should be scanned first. It includes

Still at Stanford, Gio Wiederhold is the most knowledgeable about ACME. Ron Jamtgaard has, I believe, moved to Oregon or Washington
State. SCIP may have some relevant files.

The successor to ACME was the DENDRAL and SUMEX projects. Prof. Feigenbaum should be watching over the files of these activities
