Recently, the study on the relationship of the chemical structure of bacterial lipopolysaccharide to its biological functions
has been initiated in our laboratory using a mild strain of E. Coli. However, the mutants lacking various constituents in
the LPS structure are necessary for the fully successful investigation.
Would you send me galactose negative mutants of E. coli, and mutants defective in heptose in addition to hexose, if available?
Thank you in advance,
