anthrax paper/Kaplan
If it had not already occurred to you -- do you think it would be useful to send a copy of the translation of the recent "paper" on anthrax to Martin Kaplan at Pugwash/Geneva?
Is this the "white paper" that their ambassador referred to in conversation with Martin!
The paper mentions "forced slaughter" of cattle: I presume of anthrax-infected animals; and further the hint that these somehow got onto the black market! A laxity, if true, they might be loath to admit -- but an offense worthy of capital punishment in their system! Not even any prosecutions?
Josh.
