After many years --
Dear General Brown --
I am so glad to have located you: I made such good use of your book on Chemical Warfare -- do you still remember it?
If you are still interested in that subject, there are many aspects of its history I would enjoy chatting with you about: especially what documentation has emerged on Nazi-German restraint during WW-2, apart from Speer and Ambros' self-serving testimony. Do we understand what intelligence the Germans had on our capabilities?

I have consulted for many years on CBW for the Army, DoD and Intel' Community. Your own insights would be illuminating.
Sincerely,
Joshua Lederberg
