Freezing CW munitions for transport.
Is it possible that explosives are "harden"ed [sic] by being chilled [mark to note, But this major premise is a surmise that may not be true.] e.g. to liquid N2 temperature (about minus 200 C)? If so, this may suggest a publically [sic] acceptable way to transport CW munitions for disposal at a central plant (or, for that matter, for deployment). This also takes care of leakage during transit.
Joshua.
