[Lecture notes from Stillman Lectures at Yale University]
The Stillman lectures are among the most distinguished at Yale and bring to the University noted scholars and representatives
in the field of science. Lederberg's first lecture was entitled, "DNA and the Nature of Man - An Answer to George
Gaylord Simpson," the second, "The Direction of Human Evolution: Goals, Techniques, Policies," and the third,
"Prometheus Perplexed: Untrammeled Science and the Freedom of the Person."
While the date of the printout is 1989, the lectures were actually delivered in 1969.
