1) Do you think Demerec knew Rollin in 1946? I'll ask him.
2) or the fourth . . .That's the question! It is mystifying the published volume gives no dates except the picnic!
3) Well said. That Avery would be invited to CSH46 should have been answer to Stent. Rollin did, I think, cover it well, in his recent Ann NYAS memoir.
