I have all your recent communications, but in view of the probability that a letter may not reach you before your return,
will not attempt to discuss the various problems in detail. To relieve your mind, however, and in order that you may plan
for the future, I may say that I will do everything in my power to fall in with the plan which you suggest for the winter
and spring months ending May first. Above all I am most enthusiastic about the suggestion concerning Hopkins and believe
that if the plan materializes you should take up the work suggested. In regard to the Paris office there is no doubt that
Gunn is very desirous of having you, but from what I learn on my return I think you might as well forget that possibility.
On your return we will discuss all these problems.
