The Relationship of Epinephrine and Glucagon to Liver Phosphorylase
This article by Rall, Sutherland, and Berthet on hormone action in cell-free homogenates announced the discovery of the biological
activity of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). The article influenced much of the subsequent research on hormone action,
including the Rodbell's work.
