We are interested in the study of excitability of neuroblastoma, particularly in Na and Ca fluxes using the patch clamp method
and Ca-fluorescence microscopy. I consulted Dr. Mary Glick of the Children's Hospital with regard to this problem and
she suggested me to contact you either by telephone or in writing.
To my opinion, the clones N1E115 and NG 108-15 may be best suited for the purpose of our experiments. Dr. Glick told me that
although she has both of them, perhaps, the best thing to do is to obtain these cells from you directly.
If you are kind enough to give these cells to us, we will be most grateful. Since Philadelphia is not far from Bethesda,
we are able to come to your lab on a specified day and bring them back to our laboratory. I am looking forward to hearing
from you. In the mean time,
