Dear Dan,
Enclosed are some of the data on SV, JC, and BK cleavage with the endonucleases. I am sending along some of the original data together with a copy for you to mark up. I am keeping one copy here so we can discuss the patterns on the phone. Also enclosed are two loose pictures -- (1) which shows the split of JC into "C, D, and E" and (2) just to show how nicely my Hin prep worked on [lambda] phage.
Could we get together by phone next Friday?
Many thanks.
Yours,
Bernie
