William Osler and his neighbors, the Whitelocke twins

Description:
The twins were daughters of Richard Henry Anglin Whitelocke, a neighbor and Oxford surgeon. The girls each had a lock of white hair (not visible in the photo) that apparently gave the family its name and which allegedly appears every 2nd or 3rd generation..
