In this letter, Arthur Walker quotes a Long Island newspaper, stating, "It is apparent that a considerable number of biochemical geneticists are looking ahead to the time when man can plan for himself, draft and carry on programs to improve the actual human being as to intelligence, physique and resistance to disease."
