Description:

In this letter, Sabin reports on a complicating factor in her tests of the tuberculosis derivatives: the presence of tubercle bacteria in the phosphatides used. She describes her studies of the samples in question, and asks Anderson's advice on how best to preserve the phosphatide while checking for bacteria. She also asks that he send her team a filtered sample of the material.
