Cerebral Circulatory and Metabolic Changes Associated with Aging
Sokoloff reported the results of studies showing that cerebral blood flow and oxygen consumption do not change with normal
aging but are reduced by diseases often associated with aging, such as dementia and even minimal degrees of arteriosclerosis.
